I always wear my Ann Chery sport waist trainer when working out. It's like a corset but specifically to be worn when working out because it targets your stomach areas to better sweat it out. Well, I married the trainer with the PB Heat and it's a match made in heaven! I'm sweating three times more after every fitness session, and I don't even smell like it - in fact, I think I smell even nicer than when I walked into the gym haha.
